Babe’s (located on Genesee Street in Utica) has been making homemade pasta from scratch, “the old-fashioned way”, from the first day we opened our doors. Our pasta is made with the finest imported Fancy Durum and Semolina flours—FRESH EVERY DAY! Homemade pasta has a unique texture and we strive to cook it al dente, but please tell us if you prefer it softer. All our pasta dishes are individually made to order.
