Babe’s Vegas Getaway Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Babe’s Vegas Getaway Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Babe’s at Harbor Point (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Babe’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026 and ends on August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) (“Promotion Period”).

Engagement (likes and comments) will only be counted during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Visit Babe’s at Harbor Point

  2. Take a photo with the “Welcome to Babe’s” sign

  3. Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook during the Promotion Period

  4. Tag @BabesAtHarborPoint in your post

Limit one (1) entry per person. Each qualifying photo counts as one entry.

Entries must be publicly viewable and comply with platform guidelines.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

 

5. Entry Requirements

  • Entry must be original content created by the participant

  • Entry must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful material

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the contest

 

6. Finalist Selection

A total of ten (10) finalists will be selected:

A. Engagement-Based Finalists (5)

  • The five (5) entries with the highest number of likes and comments during the Promotion Period will be selected

  • Engagement must occur before August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

B. Judged Finalists (5)

  • Five (5) additional finalists will be selected by an internal panel of judges appointed by Sponsor

  • Judging criteria includes:

    • Creativity

    • Originality

    • Overall quality

Finalists will be selected between August 20–22, 2026 and notified by August 22, 2026 via social media or contact information provided.

In the event of a tie in engagement, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the finalist using the judging criteria above.

 

7. Final Event

Finalists will be invited to attend the Babe’s Vegas Celebration:

  • Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2026

  • Location: Babe’s at Harbor Point

Each finalist:

  • Receives entry to the event

  • May bring up to three (3) guests

  • Will receive a $25 Babe’s gift card

Attendance at the event is not required to win the Grand Prize.

 

8. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

  • A Las Vegas trip for two (2), including:

    • Round-trip airfare

    • Three (3) nights hotel accommodations

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $2,500

Conditions:

  • Travel must be completed by June 1, 2027

  • Travel dates subject to availability and restrictions

  • Prize is non-transferable

Winner may elect to receive a $500 cash alternative in lieu of the trip.

 

9. Finalist Prizes

Each of the ten (10) finalists will receive:

  • One (1) $25 Babe’s gift card

  • Access to the VIP event

Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions set by Sponsor.

 

10. Winner Selection

The Grand Prize winner will be selected from the ten (10) finalists and announced on September 2, 2026.

The method of winner selection will be determined by Sponsor and may include judging criteria such as creativity, originality, and overall appeal.

 

11. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules

  • By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation

 

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Babe’s and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

 

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

 

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
